PROGRAM TOPIC

Please join the Mother Lode Chapter of A&WMA for a Young Professionals Mixer at the Fox & Goose Pub and Restaurant (1001 R Street, Sacramento) on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 5:30 pm!  We hope that you can join us to meet other young professionals in the area and to enjoy some great food and drinks.  Appetizers will be hosted by A&WMA.  All members are welcome to attend!  Please help us get the word out to individuals within your organization that may be interested in participating.  Information about Fox & Goose Pub and Restaurant, including maps and directions, can be found at their website.
The next technical session is anticipated to be a site tour at a new fast-start combined cycle power plant designed to back up variable renewable resources. We expect to conduct the site tour in January 2013.

Who should attend?

This event is organized by the Mother Lode Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association.  This event may be attended by students and their professors, and interested members and their colleagues.  We welcome representatives of regulatory agencies, academia, industry, community and environmental groups, and the consulting community.
